Siranna is one of the headline destinations of the Magna cluster at NEOM. Located in a sheltered cove on the Gulf of Aqaba, the resort’s terraced architecture cascades down to a private beach, with hotel rooms, suites, and villas embedded in the landscape rather than standing apart from it.
At a glance
- Location: sheltered cove on the Gulf of Aqaba.
- Form: terraced low-rise architecture following the contours of the bay.
- Programme: hotel rooms, suites, villas, beachfront amenities, spa.
- Position: ultra-luxury, wellness-focused.
Architectural concept
Siranna’s architecture follows the natural curves of its cove. Rather than a single landmark building, the resort distributes accommodation across terraces that step down the hillside, each terrace a separate level of rooms, suites, or villas. From the water, the resort reads as a sculpted intervention in the natural landscape.
This terraced form maximises sea views from every accommodation while minimising the visual mass of the resort from the water.
The hotel
Siranna’s hotel offers full ultra-luxury programming. Suites and villas are oriented to maximise sea views, with private terraces, plunge pools at higher tiers, and direct beach access at lower tiers. The programme is heavier on suites and villas than on standard rooms, reflecting the long-stay target audience.
Wellness and spa
Wellness is a core programme element. Siranna’s spa offers a comprehensive treatment menu, plus dedicated longevity programming, breathwork studios, yoga and pilates pavilions, and outdoor hydrotherapy circuits. The spa is positioned to draw guests for multi-week wellness stays in addition to traditional resort visits.
Beach and watersports
The cove that hosts Siranna is sheltered, making it suitable for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkelling year-round. The beach club offers a curated programme of watersports, beachfront dining, and lounge facilities.
Dining
Siranna’s restaurant collection emphasises seasonal, regional, and longevity-aligned cuisine. The line-up spans Levantine, Mediterranean, and Japanese-influenced concepts, with an emphasis on light, plant-forward menus aligned with the resort’s wellness positioning.
How Siranna fits in Magna
Siranna is the wellness-anchored destination in the Magna cluster. Where Epicon is the iconic skyline statement, Siranna is the integrated, landscape-led counterpoint. Together they cover two distinct ultra-luxury experiences within the Magna portfolio.
